(1) Inspection and treatment of foundation wall. (2) Snapping line for base course division. First, the layout shall be carried out according to the design requirements to determine the width of the separation joint. Then, the datum control line shall be popped out from the external corner or the door and window and marked. Professional personnel are required for line snapping. Line snapping workers of other construction teams other than the project are not allowed to do line snapping of the project. If external line snapping personnel are required, handover work must be done well. Finally, when snapping the thread, the suture must be popped out, so as to check the position and size when installing the plate and reduce the error.
(3) Spray water on the wall surface. When the wall surface is dry or hot, the wall surface must be wetted with clear water before construction to avoid excessive evaporation of water in the adhesive, affect the wall surface bonding quality and ensure the improvement of bonding quality.
(4) Use of adhesives. Firstly, the mixed slurry is added into the adhesive, and after full mixing, clean water is added reasonably according to the temperature of the site, with no sagging and smooth scraping. When the temperature is too low in winter, antifreeze is added to the adhesive when it is lower than 5 ℃. The adhesive must be stirred at any time in case of emergency. The prepared adhesive must be used up in 2-4 hours.
(5) Install and fix. The fastener shall be installed in the specified position with electric hammer according to the fastener distribution diagram, and 8mm holes shall be drilled, and expansion plug shall be installed. Then insert the fastener into the pre slotted inorganic panel, fix the fastener and 207A on the wall with bolts, and insert them into the expansion plug. If the building height is more than 50m, after the fastener is installed, use adhesive to stick the deduction group together. When the board is kneaded and pasted, it should be pressed gradually until it is flat. If it is not pressed low, it should be pulled out and pressed again; the insulation decorative board should be pasted on the wall for 12-24 hours, and the flatness of the board surface should be rechecked with a 2m guiding rule.
(6) Split seam treatment. First of all, clear the burrs on the end face of the separation joint and the coating with more adhesive parts. Second, paste the foam glue between the separation joints. The height should be controlled at 4-6m from the board surface. Then snap the line according to the design width of the separation joint. Finally, stick the adhesive line with paper, and then apply the good quality pointing glue.
(7) Remove the protective formwork and clean the board surface. The protective formwork shall be removed within one month after the completion of the veneer, and it is difficult to remove it if it is overdue. The board surface shall be cleaned before removing the scaffold.
(8) Completion acceptance. The completion acceptance mainly includes the main control items and general items. The acceptance of the main control items is mainly aimed at the quality inspection of VRD insulation decorative board specifications, mechanical fixings and various technical indicators. At the same time, check whether the thickness of VRD insulation decorative board insulation layer meets the design requirements. General items mainly include whether the installation deviation meets the standard, and whether the external wall thermal insulation and decoration works are flat, clean and seamless. 4 conclusion with the rapid development of society, in order to improve the living standard of residents, construction should be adapted to local conditions to ensure the applicability of decoration.
