Xing Yunliang, general manager of Keyi polymer science and Technology Co., Ltd., is a doctoral candidate in Southwest Petroleum University. In 2014, he was judged as a science and technology innovation seedling in Sichuan Province and won the gold medal of "the fourth China University student innovation and entrepreneurship competition"; for seven years, he has been focusing on the research and development of benzoxazine and related thermosetting resin nano and composite materials.
Southwest Petroleum University launched in-depth cooperation with Chengdu Keyi Polymer Technology Co., Ltd., established a production university research cooperation base and university enterprise joint laboratory, and jointly promoted Keyi benzoxazine to the world stage. At present, products with excellent dimensional stability, dielectric, halogen-free flame retardant, high heat resistance, breaking the monopoly of foreign high-end materials performance. Keyi polymer enterprise has obtained ISO9001 national quality system and ISO14001 national environmental management system certification, and its products have passed SGS testing and met the RoHS directive of the European Union.
Benzoxazine, as a new thermosetting resin, is the main basic material of high-performance circuit board, high heat-resistant adhesive, high-strength composite and other advanced high-tech products in the future. In 2017, materials entered the stage of mass production, and the enterprise successfully industrialized 8 series and more than 40 varieties, which are widely used in electronic and electrical engineering, aerospace, rail transit, abrasive tools and other fields. The direct customers include Guangdong Shengyi technology, Shantou ultrasonic electronics, China Aerospace and other high-quality listed companies. Indirect services to Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi, Lenovo and other leading enterprises have created extraordinary market influence and economic benefits.
In August 2018, the company was approved to build a new R & D and production base of 50 mu industrial land in Tianfu new area, Chengdu, focusing on the R & D and production of high-performance photoresist resin for China core!
