Product Description:
Glue spraying is used for the positioning and bonding of FRP products such as wind turbine blades, engine room covers, guide covers, yachts and other vacuum guide industries, such as fiberglass cloth: felt and other core materials before evacuation. It can instantly bond all kinds of unsaturated epoxy polyurethane resin, which conforms to the process standard of glass fiber reinforced plastic vacuum pouring. It can also be used for bonding hard metal plastic base materials.
usage method:
1. Keep the spraying surface clean and operate without oil and water.
2. The product must be shaken evenly before use. During use, it should be shaken frequently. When it is operated under the condition of - 15-49 ℃, the best effect can be achieved. Low temperature affects the drying time.
3. Spray the nozzle about 30cm away from the material surface.
4. Press down the spray nozzle and move it back and forth several times at an average speed to ensure the glue is uniform and the spray effect on both sides is better.
5. After spraying, turn upside down and press down the nozzle until a little gas is ejected to prevent clogging the nozzle next time.
6. After the spraying is completed, it shall be sun set. When bonding, one side of the adhesive shall be rolled to the other side to achieve the best effect in 24 hours.
matters needing attention:
1. In case of high temperature and explosion, it is recommended to store the product at a temperature below 49 ℃ and a temperature above - 30 ℃
