Recently, the first phase of polypropylene resin project with annual output of 800000 tons of high-performance resin of Lihe Zhixin company was successfully started at one time, producing qualified polypropylene products, adding "weight" to the green development and high-quality development of Cangzhou Bohai new area.
This project is one of the earliest resumption projects during the period of epidemic prevention and control in Bohai new area, Cangzhou. It has set a new record of one year and five months from the commencement of construction to the completion of production, which is about one year shorter than the domestic unit construction of the same scale, and therefore becomes a new benchmark for the construction speed of polypropylene equipment in China. At the same time, as an important achievement of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this is one of the most critical node projects for the green chemical industry to extend to the new material industry in Bohai new area, Cangzhou. The upstream can make full use of the ethylene, propylene and other by-products of refining enterprises in the area, and the insufficient part can use the olefin raw materials on the shore of Taidi liquefaction terminal, and the downstream can be further applied to auto parts, home appliances, commodity packaging materials, etc A wide range of areas. The technology of the project is internationally advanced, and it is a national encouraged project. The exhaust gas is recycled and reused, basically realizing "zero emission" of exhaust gas.
It is reported that the investment in the first phase of the project is 1.317 billion yuan, with an annual output of 300000 tons of polypropylene resin. The remaining projects will be completed in 2022, with a total investment of 5.06 billion yuan. After completion, the annual sales revenue will reach 8.4 billion yuan, profits and taxes will reach 2 billion yuan, and more than 600 people will be employed. At that time, the project will become the largest production base of high-performance resin in Hebei Province, which will help to strengthen the Green Petrochemical Industry and the new Cangzhou Bohai new area It is of great significance to build a new energy industry of materials and a national green synthetic material base.
