The company's 2020 annual overhaul starts from April 3 when the resin plant is shut down for overhaul, which is the first overhaul after the combination of special resin and public works. Therefore, it puts forward a great test on the organization ability and coordination ability of the plant. The "four good" objectives proposed by the company, i.e. well prepared, well shut down, well repaired and well opened, are implemented in the plant.
At 9:00 a.m. on April 3, the special resin and public works successfully completed the exhaust replacement task. Under the coordination of the Ministry of safety and environmental protection, the three parties jointly confirmed the flange of the main inlet and outlet pipe of vinyl chloride, creating good conditions for the next hot work. With the signing of all departments, the resin plant stopped smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent maintenance.
This overhaul has a long time, many projects, high requirements, large construction difficulties and a wide range, which is not a small challenge for the whole plant staff. For this reason, the technicians have made a detailed plan for the parking exhaust, maintenance and start-up, and made a detailed plan for personnel arrangement, operation points, process progress, etc. In particular, the construction scheme of the project, the unit joint production management department, the safety and environmental protection department and the maintenance unit, have held many meetings to discuss every step of the construction process in detail, so as to ensure that there is no accident in the safety maintenance.
There are four key projects of the company in the overhaul of the resin plant, namely, the replacement of the middle cover of the gas holder, the scrapping and replacement of 1 × 2 × kettles, the addition of 6 × kettles and special resin pneumatic conveying projects. In order to ensure the maintenance progress of the device, the detailed maintenance work of the device is fully considered in the "ready" stage, and precious time is gained for the construction progress.
