The VOC content is less than 420g / L, which meets the national VOC emission standard for coating.
The resin refined from natural linseed oil and soybean oil, high flash point auxiliaries and solvents, and international advanced "clean production" process are selected. Safety technical description
1. This product is a non hazardous chemical and can be stored or transported as a general chemical.
2. Waste coating slag and used coating barrel shall be collected and placed as required, and shall not be disposed at will.
3. The product should be stored indoors to avoid exposure to the sun, away from open fire, heat source, strong acid and alkali, oxidant, and children's contact.
4. If swallowed, please immediately warm water to induce vomiting, and immediately send to the hospital for treatment.
5. The construction site shall have good ventilation facilities, and no fireworks are allowed on the construction site.
Construction precautions
1. Skinning and sedimentation after opening the tank.
Skinning: in case of skinning after opening the tank, please use the filter screen to remove it before normal construction. Skinning is not a product quality problem. It is a protective film formed on the surface of the coating due to the shock of the coating during long-distance transportation, air leakage, oxidation reaction between the coating and air. During the construction, please use the screen to remove the crusts. After filtering with the screen, the normal construction can be carried out without affecting any product quality indicators!
Sediment: if there is any sediment, please use a tool bar to reach into the bucket and stir to distinguish whether it is soft or hard. If it can be easily stirred evenly, this is a normal phenomenon, in the standard normal range. If the sedimentation is very hard and it is difficult to mix, it is beyond the normal range. It is recommended to stop the construction and directly return it to the manufacturer.
2. Dilution: when diluent is used to adjust the viscosity according to the construction situation, please use our company's matching exempt solvent or high flash point industrial coating general water for viscosity adjustment. After adding, please stir vigorously for 3-5 minutes to make it completely dissolved. Do not use the market circulation of low diluent, because this product is an environmental protection product, adding other diluents will not only reduce the product quality, but also affect this product Environmental protection performance of the product.
Warning: our company will not be responsible for any problems caused by using non matching products. Generally, the dosage of diluent is about 20%.
3. Construction tools: the coating can be air spray, brush and roll painted. Bubbles are easy to be produced during roll painting. The use of short hair roller can reduce the generation of bubbles. It is not suitable to construct when the relative humidity is more than 85%. It is strictly prohibited to construct in rainy, snowy and foggy weather. After construction, the coating shall be well protected before drying, and it is strictly prohibited to contact with rainwater and collision. Each spraying should be 20-25 μ m, and the second spraying can only be done after the first spraying is completely dry. It can be dried naturally or at low temperature (the maximum temperature is no more than 60 °).
4. Substrate treatment: before construction, the oil, impurities, dust and rust of the substrate shall be removed. The surface to be coated shall be clean, flat and free of oil, dust, wax, etc. If there is an old coating on the base material, it must be polished with fine sandpaper before construction. Please carry out the test before construction to avoid the reaction with the old coating film affecting the product performance.
5. Matching system: if the primer is needed, we can use our fast drying alkyd antirust primer or special alkyd antirust coating for steel structure (common for the bottom). If the primer is not our company, please carry out the experiment, so as not to affect the product performance due to non matching. Our company will not be responsible for the problems caused by the non matching products of our company.
