Ⅰ, silicone glass varnished cloth: the glass cloth impregnated with silicone resin by drying. It is mainly used for wrapping insulation or lining thermal insulation materials of electrical appliances and motors.
Ⅱ, silicone laminated plastic: impregnated with silicone resin glass cloth layer, with high pressure molding, low pressure molding or vacuum bag molding products. It can be used at 250℃ for a long time, and the temperature can be up to 300℃ for a short time. It is mainly used for wedge insulation of H class motor, high temperature relay shell, radar radome of high-speed aircraft, printed circuit board and so on
Ⅲ, silicone mica products: according to the type of silicone insulation resin and the structure of mica can be hard or soft products, such as mica foil, mica belt, mica plate, etc., mainly used as H class electrical machinery insulation materials.
Ⅳ, silicone film pressing plastic: silicone resin as the base material, add quartz powder, white carbon black and other fillers, by rolling, crushing into molding materials. It has good fluidity at 150℃ and can be cured quickly. Asbestos filled silicone film pressing products can work at 250℃ for a long time, the instantaneous working temperature can be as high as 650℃, has been widely used in aviation, aerospace and electrical and electronic industries.
