Potting glue is a broad name, originally mainly used for the bonding, sealing, potting and coating protection of electronic components, currently we mention them, is mainly because of the more and more application of potting glue, especially silica gel in power battery system.
Potting sealant materials can be divided into:
Epoxy resin potting sealant: one-component epoxy potting sealant, two-component epoxy potting sealant;
Silicone rubber potting glue: room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, two-component plus formed silicone rubber potting glue, two-component condensation type silicone rubber potting glue;
Polyurethane potting sealant: two-component polyurethane potting sealant;
