In 2008, the domestic monomer production capacity was only 810,000 tons, and in just 5 years, the domestic monomer production capacity in 2012. It reached 2.14 million tons, an increase of 1.33 million tons, and the average annual growth rate remained at 25.7%. China's organic silicon industry has developed rapidly and has become the world's largest production base and consumer market, occupying an important position in the global organic silicon industry.
