A few days ago, Jinan City in 2019 to encourage enterprise innovation and development award list to be published, Jinan Shengquan group was shortlisted. According to the notice of Jinan people's Government on printing and distributing the incentive policies of Jinan City to encourage the innovation and development of enterprises, the enterprises included in the comprehensive evaluation shall meet the following basic conditions:
（1） The industrial and commercial registration place, tax collection and management relationship and statistical relationship are all within the administrative region of Jinan City, with independent legal personality (or regional headquarters) and sound financial system; (2) the annual main business income is more than 100 million yuan (including), and the contribution of local taxes is more than 3 million yuan (including); (3) it is not included in the list of Joint Disciplinary dishonest objects; (4) it is in line with the state Industrial development plan.
In addition, the award-winning enterprises will be rewarded.
（1） Reward for operators. According to the main business income, the enterprise management team will be rewarded in different grades, including 1 million yuan for more than 10 billion yuan (including), 700000 yuan for more than 5 (including) - 10 billion yuan, 500000 yuan for more than 1 (including) - 5 billion yuan, 200000 yuan for less than 1 billion yuan. In principle, the reward fund is used to reward legal persons and management teams, and the specific purpose is determined by the enterprise according to its internal decision-making procedures. For state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, their rewards shall not be included in the total wages of enterprises and the total salaries of operators approved by the state-owned assets management department. (two) financial and economic contribution awards. For the local tax contribution formed by the main taxes and surcharges paid by enterprises (including value-added tax, enterprise income tax, personal income tax and urban construction tax, education surcharges and local education surcharges), if the growth rate of the previous year exceeds the growth rate of the general public budget income of the whole city, and the local tax contribution realized is not less than the amount in 2018, a ladder type reward will be given, and the reward fund will be calculated by sections. Among them, the growth rate of enterprises over the previous year exceeds the growth rate of general public budget revenue of the whole city: if the growth rate is less than 10 percentage points, it shall be calculated as 10% of the corresponding excess amount; if the growth rate is 10 (including) - 20 percentage points, it shall be calculated as 15% of the corresponding excess amount; if the growth rate is 20 (including) - 30 percentage points, it shall be calculated as 20% of the corresponding excess amount; if the growth rate is 30 (including) - 40 percentage points, it shall be calculated as 25% of the corresponding excess amount If it is more than 40 (including) percentage points, it shall be calculated as 30% of the corresponding excess amount. The financial and economic contribution reward amount is the sum of the reward funds calculated by each segment. The reward funds are mainly used for major projects, technology research and development, talent introduction, brand building, supplementary working capital, etc., and the specific purpose is determined by the enterprise according to its decision-making procedures. （3） Up floating municipal financial support policy award supplement standard. For enterprises praised and rewarded by this policy, when enjoying the financial support policy issued by Jinan City and incorporated into the list management in the next year, the existing subsidy standard shall be implemented according to the standard of 10% up.
