Jinghai environment-friendly high solid weather resistant acrylic topcoat [two components] is made of hydroxy acrylic resin as the base material, adding weather resistant pigments, various additives and solvents. Component A is a special yellowing resistant curing agent. The paint has the advantages of strong adhesion, excellent water resistance, convenient construction and strong weather resistance. matters needing attention:
1. The coating construction temperature shall be between 0-35 ℃. Pay attention to the weather change during construction. It is not allowed to construct in rainy, foggy, snowy days, relative humidity ≥ 85% and direct sunlight in summer. The construction base material must be dry, otherwise it will bubble.
2. The company shall exempt the solvent for viscosity adjustment, and it is strictly prohibited to add other companies or miscellaneous diluents on the market, otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any problems.
3. Acrylic coating belongs to reactive coating. Before construction, it must be fully stirred evenly, accurately proportioned according to the specified proportion, evenly mixed, and can be used after 10 minutes of static curing. If the temperature is low, the curing time can be extended properly. The prepared coating must be used up within 2 hours to avoid waste of cementation.
4. After the coating is used, the cover of the packaging barrel must be tightly sealed and air leakage is not allowed, otherwise it will become invalid and deteriorated. Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapor and dense fog, and strengthen ventilation and exhaust in the construction site.
