1、 We will do our best to ensure stable production and overproduction.
VCM Dingban closely around the annual production and operation objectives of resin plant, combined with the management requirements of vinyl chloride workshop, give full play to the operation skill level of team members, and positively guide employees to actively participate in the work of enterprise management with a high sense of responsibility and mission. On April 10, 2019, the phase I and phase II transformation and rectification systems were shut down due to perchlorization. During the start-up process after taking over the shift, due to perchlorization, the transformation internal operation relied on superb operation skills and calm emergency response of the team members. There was no production accident and stable shutdown. On the night shift of September 21, after taking over the shift, it was found that the leakage point of the phase I mixer was blocked again, and the shift reported to the relevant person in charge in time, and arranged the shutdown, pressure relief replacement and leakage elimination. With the unremitting efforts of all employees, the potential safety hazards and risks have been well investigated and controlled, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the process system, laying a good foundation for the annual production tasks, and achieving the first place in the four teams.
2、 Refine the work division of the team, strictly implement the "three decisions" of the team, ensure the implementation of the work, and build a high-quality production team.
In 2019, according to the management requirements of the company, plant level and workshop, the division of personnel responsibilities will be refined, the work flow will be clear, and the management of team "keep improving" will be strengthened, so as to truly achieve "everyone is in charge of everything, everyone is in charge of everything". Aiming at the problems of accident potential, hazard factors and safety production, the team divides each equipment, fire extinguisher and steam shower managed by the team, including all corners of the plant, into the personal responsibility of the team members, and always adheres to the management requirements of "three decisions of the team". Secondly, in view of the special circumstances such as daily team employees' leave or heavy workload, the team has made internal regulations on mutual compensation. For example, one person in the transfer position asks for leave, and the other person takes the initiative to undertake the "three fixed" contracting work of the personnel who ask for leave, and the transfer Deputy operator takes the initiative to fill the position, and jointly completes the personnel coordination work. When the shift assistant operators are busy with other work, the main operator will fill the position directly, which effectively ensures the smooth operation of the team's work safety. For other work matters temporarily transferred by supervisors in maintenance work, timely handover monitoring or deputy operation temporary replacement monitoring is required, which not only implements the safety monitoring work in place, but also effectively guarantees the uninterrupted implementation of maintenance work. Through the strengthening of team management and the improvement of the sense of compensation, the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of employees are enhanced, and the production efficiency is effectively guaranteed.
3、 Starting from the work of the post, comprehensively guarantee the safety in production.
Safety production is an important part of team work. Every aspect of daily work involves the safety of process and equipment. For this reason, through experience sharing within the team, let everyone say their own operation experience and shortcomings. After the analysis, discussion and improvement of the whole team, the internal promotion of the team can better promote the safety of the device, energy conservation and consumption reduction. For example, daily team members conduct patrol inspection every hour and fill in records truthfully. On the newly started monomer dehydration unit, organize each team member to learn and master the process flow and working principle, ensure that the post member can operate skillfully, and lay a good foundation for safety production. In order to continuously improve the safety of on-site operation, the team shall timely organize the handling of the hidden dangers found on duty, eliminate all hidden dangers in the bud, timely report the problems that cannot be handled to the superior, strictly carry out the shift work, and create good production and operation conditions for the off-duty work.
4、 Actively advocate the combination of learning and work to improve the unity of team members' thinking.
VCM class d always adhere to the principle of "continuous learning at work, happy work in learning". In order to stimulate the daily learning interest of the team members and develop good learning habits, the "brainstorming" activity has been carried out within the team members, who have gathered their ideas and made a set of suitable learning programs together. They insist that training is the foundation of team culture construction and set up a concept of "lifelong learning". Reshape team development with knowledge and inject continuous development power into team.
In the training of team members, it is mainly combined with some unsafe phenomena in daily maintenance work, emotional instability, lack of operation level and poor ability of knowing and mastering. It is targeted to organize and carry out pre shift and post shift meetings, symposiums, exchanges, pre post training, on-site training, case education, observation learning, analysis and discussion, and plans Drill and other forms of learning, in 2019, the team carried out a total of 28 daily learning, 4 symposiums, 4 pre job training, multiple on-site learning, 2 re education for the underachievers, including spot check, internal and external operation, mutual learning and mutual help, which really achieved the goal of education. This year, we have signed 4 master apprentice agreements. Through the careful teaching of the master and the earnest study of the apprentices, all four apprentices have successfully become regular and can operate skillfully in their respective positions.
