As for adhesion, fsp8006 not only has adhesion to plastic substrate, but also has good adhesion to two-component Pu primer, thermoplastic primer, etc. At present, the adhesion of trifunctional resin with high tenacity to conventional plastic substrate is not good, but fsp8006 can not only keep tenacity, but also attach to conventional substrate.
Generally speaking, tenacity is a common three functional resin on the market, and it is difficult to give consideration to both flexibility and hardness. Although fsp8006 is a three functional resin, its curing shrinkage is small, and it has good toughness. It can be applied to the occasions with bending resistance test. It also makes many flexible base materials, in addition to ensuring its own toughness, have good rigidity at the same time. On the paper tape wear-resistant machine, the paint film has not been worn through 500 times, and the hardness is between hb-f, so the curing speed is fast. In the aspect of vacuum plating, fsp8006 has better toughness when it is combined with phosphate, so it can also be used as vacuum plating finish.
Fsp8006 has good leveling property and slight ripple on the surface of the cured film. It is suitable for vacuum plating coating, a-gel or automobile interior coating.
Fsp8006 has excellent boiling resistance. After spraying and curing on PC substrate, it was boiled at 85 ℃ for 1 hour. After testing, the surface of the paint film did not change and the adhesion did not decrease.
As a trifunctional resin, fsp8006 has many reactive groups, fast curing rate and dense crosslinking network. The dust-free cloth with chemical reagent was rubbed back and forth on the paint film for 100 times with a load of 1kg. The number of scratches on the paint film was used as a characterization of excellent chemical resistance. In the actual measurement, the resin has slight traces of alcohol resistance and excellent acetone resistance, which can meet the requirements of chemical resistance.
