Guide: a few days ago, the Ministry of ecology and environment issued the technical guidelines for self monitoring of pollutant discharge units paint ink manufacturing (HJ 1087-2020) and the technical guidelines for self monitoring of pollutant discharge units painting (HJ 1086-2020). The two standards have been implemented since April 1, 2020!
Technical guide for self monitoring of pollutant discharge units

This standard is formulated in order to implement the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of water pollution, the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of air pollution, and the measures for the administration of emission permits (for Trial Implementation), to guide and standardize the self-monitoring work of pollution discharge units in paint and ink manufacturing. This standard puts forward the general requirements of self-monitoring, the formulation of monitoring scheme, the basic contents and requirements of information record and report of paint and ink manufacturing pollutant discharge unit. This standard is issued for the first time.
Technical guide for self monitoring of blowdown unit painting

This standard is formulated to implement the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of water pollution, the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of air pollution, and the measures for the administration of emission permits (for Trial Implementation), guide and standardize the self-monitoring work of industrial emission units including coating process. This standard puts forward the general requirements, monitoring scheme formulation, information recording and reporting for the self-monitoring of industrial blowdown units in the coating process. This standard is issued for the first time.
