However, if nitrogen purging protection is adopted, it is necessary to upgrade the original coating equipment, increase the nitrogen production equipment or nitrogen storage equipment, and increase the coating cost.
Therefore, this paper attempts to study the effects of UV curable silicone resins, monomers, prepolymers, auxiliaries and coating methods on the basic properties of coatings without nitrogen protection, and select appropriate resins to prepare silicone release coatings with low stripping force and good adhesion to the substrate.
