Product Features:

1. This water-based coating is environmentally friendly. It does not produce toxic gases such as formaldehyde and benzene during use, posing no health risks to those working with or applying the coating.

2. Utilizing a special process and formula, this coating achieves a hardness of 9H and is acid and alkali resistant. The cured coating is abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant, graffiti-resistant, and dust-resistant, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant.

4. This product is heat-resistant to 900°C and can be used as a fire-retardant coating on surfaces such as wood.

1. Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid

4. Coating Thickness (Dry Film): 1-50 μm

5. Hardness (Pencil Hardness): 9H

8. Natural Curing Time: 30 minutes for surface dryness, 7 days for curing

9. Heat Curing Time: 150°C, 10 minutes for initial cure, achieving a hardness of 5-8H, 3 hours for full cure, achieving a hardness of 9H

Applications:

Topcoat for metal, glass, ceramics, and wood furniture.

Instructions:

1. First, sand, degrease, and clean the component.

2. ST4 is a pure water-based solvent and does not contain any alcohol or ester solvents. Application methods such as brushing, curtain coating, spin coating, and roller coating are recommended.

Notes:

1. Optimal coating performance is achieved when the dry film thickness is less than 10 microns.

2. After opening, store any unused product tightly closed.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:

1. Packed in 25 kg plastic drums or 200 kg iron drums.

2. Packed in clean, dry containers and stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse.

3. This product is transported as non-hazardous goods.
