Features and uses:


Epoxy modified silicone resin IOTA H-30 has good high and low temperature resistance, water and moisture resistance, good electrical insulation properties, arc corona resistance, weather resistance, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance.


This product is widely used as high temperature anti-corrosion coating (≥500 degrees), can be fully cured by two components at room temperature, and has better baking curing performance. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion coating for the inner wall of high-temperature equipment and an H-class insulating coating.

Appearance: light yellow to colorless transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, no mechanical impurities


Solid content: 50±1%


Viscosity: 20~60 seconds (coating 4 cups)

usage:


A: Two-component curing at room temperature, used in conjunction with 650 polyamide or T-31. The added amount of 650 is 10-15% of the total resin; the added amount of T-31 is about 5-7% of the total resin.


B: High temperature baking and curing, heating to 180 ~ 200 ℃ for one and a half hours to completely cure.






Storage:


The storage period of this product is tentatively set for half a year. This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place to prevent direct sunlight;


Prevent serious pollution of acid and lye, and isolate the fire source away from the heat source.


Packing: This product is packed in 200kg large white iron drum and 20kg small white iron drum.
