It can be used to prepare silicone defoamer with high temperature and strong alkali resistance. The defoamer also has the advantages of non-toxic and environmental protection. By adding high viscosity hydroxyl silicone oil and MQ silicone resin, the network polymer with high branched chain was synthesized, in order to improve the high temperature and alkali resistance of defoamer. Using SiH group or aromatic alkyl MQ silicone resin as crosslinking agent, under the action of platinum catalyst and containing vinyl, high phenyl silicone resin synthesis containing phenyl silicone packaging material, the material compatibility and transparency, hardness, high refractive index, can be used for LED packaging and lens production. MQ resin modified carboxyl silicone oil was obtained by hydrogen-silylation reaction between MQ hydrogen-containing silicone oil and silyl oleate ester under Pt catalysis. The combination with amino silicone oil emulsion can give the fabric a better soft, smooth, plump feel.
