(2) Phenolic modified silicone resin
Heat resistant adhesives are phenolic modified phenylsilicone resins. These adhesives contain chrysotile asbestos and polyorganoborosiloxane is added to improve their shear properties. Although steel adhesives bonded with these adhesives have only moderate strength at room temperature, they retain this strength at high temperatures. The bond energy of silicon oxygen bond, which makes phenyl silicone resin has excellent thermal oxidation degradation performance, in addition, the polymer chain of phenyl and asbestos fiber play a strengthening role.
The curing temperature of phenolic modified silicone adhesive is lower than that of pure silicone resin adhesive. Generally, it can be cured completely at 200℃ for 3h. At the same time, the strength can be improved by 3.92-4.90mpa at room temperature, and can be used for a long time at 350℃.
(3) Polyester modified silicone resin
The adhesive is a 315 polyester (prepared from glycerol, ethylene glycol, phthalic acid) containing a curing agent to modify 947 polymethyl phenyl silicone resin. The curing agent is ethyl orthosilicate, n-butyl borate, dibutyl stannic acid and so on. Curing conditions: room temperature -120℃/1.5h,120-200℃/ 1H, pressure 0.098-0.196mpa.
Polyester modified silicone adhesive at room temperature strength is not high, but can be used at 200℃ for a long time, has good thermal stability. Such modified silicone resins are used in addition to bonding metal structural parts and nonmetallic materials; It is also successfully used as h-class insulating paint, which is characterized by high mechanical strength, good adhesive relay, moisture-proof and good electrical insulation performance.
