Polyester modified silicone resin
Polyester modified organosilicone resins can be divided into two types: Si - C type and Si - O - C type. The former can be prepared by the reaction of organosilane (or siloxane) containing carboxyl groups with polyols, while the latter can be modified by transesterification of hydroxyl groups in polyester molecules with the alkoxy groups of organosiloxane molecules. This kind of modified resin has low curing temperature (even can be cured at room temperature), excellent dielectric properties, good adhesion properties, water resistance and moisture resistance.
