Silicone resin is - Si - O - main chain, side chain with organic groups of semi - inorganic semi - organic type of polymer. Silicone resin is a body type polymer, and has a number of active groups, these active groups further cross-linking reaction, that is, into the insoluble non-melting three-dimensional structure of curing products.
Silicone resin has high and low temperature resistance, weathering resistance, hydrophobic moistureproof, high insulation strength, low dielectric loss, arc resistance, radiation resistance and other excellent properties.
General purpose solution silicone resin is mainly used as the base polymer of heat resistant coatings, weather resistant coatings and high temperature resistant electrical insulation materials.
