Epoxy resin is used in electronic and electrical fields in China

The main application fields of epoxy resin in China are coatings, electronic and electrical, composite materials and adhesives industries. The application proportion of each part has basically remained stable in recent years, and the proportion of the four major fields in 2019 is 42.3%, 30.2%, 19.8% and 7.6%, respectively.
In 2019, the demand for epoxy resin in the electrical and electronic field reached 483,000 tons, up 8.3% year on year.
It is estimated that by 2024, the demand for epoxy resin for electronic and electrical use will reach 608,000 tons.
