China is the world's largest producer of epoxy resin, with about 50 epoxy resin manufacturers. In 2019, the total production capacity is about 2.048 million tons/year, down 4.3% year on year.
Output was 1.359 million tons, up 7.9 percent year on year;
The industry average operating rate is 66.4%.
In the first half of 2020, China's epoxy resin output was 636,800 tons, up 12.31% year on year, and the industry's total output is expected to reach 1,399,000 tons in 2020.
China's liquid epoxy resin production is mainly concentrated in Jiangsu, the capacity accounted for about 50% of the country;
Solid epoxy resin production is mainly concentrated in Anhui region.
