Silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives and their tapes are generally used in the production and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB). This requires that the pressure-sensitive adhesive not only can withstand high temperature (short time 270℃), bond wet low surface energy interface, but also has a low dielectric properties. Because the silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive has good high temperature damage cohesion, it will not remain on the protected surface when it is torn off after high temperature treatment.
