Pure silicone resin as the main material of silicone adhesive, generally xylene as the solvent, adding inorganic fillers, such as asbestos powder, mica powder, dioxide and zinc oxide made.
It is crosslinked polymerization curing at high temperature (270β), has excellent high temperature resistance, can be used at 400β for a long time, suitable for high temperature non-structural adhesive and sealing.
Pure silicone adhesives can only be used as non-structural adhesives because of the high curing temperature and the low bonding strength.
By using one OH in epoxy, phenolic and polyvinegar to react with siloxane in silicone resin to introduce this kind of resin to be modified, it can not only keep the high temperature resistance of silicone adhesive, but also reduce the curing temperature and improve the bonding strength.
