The researchers first hydrolyzed the alkoxysilane into a prepolymer and then polycondensed it with a hydrogen-containing alkoxysilane to obtain a phenyl-containing hydrogen-based silicone resin. The process is simple, controllable, and environmentally friendly, and its refractive index can reach up to 1.531. The inorganic ultrafine particle composite silicone LED packaging material prepared by introducing the modification of inorganic oxide particles with high refractive index has the advantages of high refractive index and strong resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
