Cures at room temperature
 
Amino functional group-containing silicone resin. The amino functional group is connected to the silicone resin through a silicon-carbon bond. This special structure ensures that the resin can be used as a catalyst in the condensation reaction of siloxane groups, and can also be used as a reactive curing group.
 
At the same time, this specially designed resin structure also ensures that at room temperature, the silicone resin can also react with the epoxy groups in the oxygen resin in a short time to form a dense and stable polymer coating film.
 
Epoxy polysiloxane coatings based on amino-functional silicone resins not only have extremely high hardness, excellent long-term gloss stability, excellent solvent resistance, but also have a low VOC content. VOC content in coating formulations is usually only 100 ~ 250g / l (depending on specific coating viscosity requirements). This single coat combines the performance advantages of traditional epoxy coatings with the dual advantages of an isocyanate-cured PU topcoat with good weather resistance.
 
In order to meet the requirements of anticorrosion grade C4, single-pass coating epoxy polysiloxane system can already replace the previous two-pass coating system in terms of performance. The promotion of this application can greatly reduce labor costs and construction time.
