Calendering

Films produced by calendering have significant differences in physical and mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions. This phenomenon is a calendering effect. Specifically, the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than the transverse direction, the transverse elongation at break of the film is greater than the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal shrinkage of the film is greater than the transverse direction. The calendering effect is the result of orientation of the macromolecules and needle-like and flaky compounding agents in the rubber compound in the calendering process. perfusion
The operation method of filling or pouring mold: filling or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. After the silica gel is dried and formed, the product is taken out and the mold is formed. (Note: The casting mold is generally made of softer silica gel, so it is easier to demould. Coating
Rapid vulcanization; strong adhesion; good fluidity, easy defoaming. Catalyzed by platinum complex, non-toxic, no odor; excellent thermal stability and cold resistance (use temperature -60 ° C ~ 200 ° C) after molding has good gas permeability, heat resistance, and a certain tensile strength; Excellent performance; no pollution; low hardness; strong adhesive bonding. High tear strength; high transparency; good tensile properties. Wear-resistant, washable, high temperature resistant; high three-dimensional, smooth, soft, flexible texture, good elasticity, washable and dry cleaning.
