Silicone resin is a thermosetting polysiloxane polymer with a highly crosslinked structure. It has the dual characteristics of organic resin and inorganic materials. It has unique physical and chemical properties, good electrical insulation properties, and temperature resistance. Waterproof effect.
Silicone weather resistance is better than general organic resins. Therefore, it is an ideal material for coating the surface layer protected by heat, heat and moisture.
Silicone is a thermosetting polyorganosiloxane with a highly crosslinked structure. Due to its special structure, it has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, hydrophobicity and resistance compared with other organic resins. It is widely used as high-low temperature insulating varnish, heat-resistant coating, weathering coating, ablation resistant coating, and high temperature resistant, electrically insulating molding compound [1].
Silicone resin is generally prepared by using an organochlorosilane mixture or an organoethoxysilane as a raw material, and undergoing hydrolysis and polycondensation in a mixed solvent [2]. The curing of silicone resin is a process of transforming into a three-dimensional network structure, insoluble and infusible thermosetting resin under the action of heating or catalyst [3]. At present, there are many researches on silicone resins at home and abroad. Silicone resins generally need to be cured at elevated temperatures, which limits their range of use.
