Dry by itself in air flow for 30 minutes, and then pre-cure for 5 minutes in a circulating air flow at 110°C. After cooling, a fabric with flexibility, non-sticking, molding and flattening can be obtained.

2. Silicone molded plastic
Silicone molded plastic is a kind of thermosetting plastic made by mixing silicone resin, filler, catalyst, dyeing agent, mold release agent and curing agent. The commonly used fillers are glass fiber, asbestos, quartz powder, talcum powder, mica, etc.; the catalyst is lead oxide, triethanolamine, and a mixture of triethanolamine and benzoyl peroxide; the commonly used mold release agent is calcium oleate.

3. Silicone foam
Silicone foam is a low-density spongy material that can withstand high temperatures of 360°C and is flame-resistant. It is an excellent material for heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardancy and electrical insulation.
Silicone foam can be divided into two categories: one is powdery, which can be foamed when heated to about 160°C; the other is liquid two-component, which can be foamed at room temperature. Powdered foam plastics are made of solvent-free silicone resin with low melting point (melting point 60-70°C) and low molecular weight containing silanol groups, mixed with fillers (diatomaceous earth, quartz powder, etc.), foaming agent, and catalyst. become.
