The special paint for environmental protection water dispersive steel structure is composed of water alkyd resin, antirust agent, coloring pigment, antirust pigment, filler, auxiliary agent, water, etc. The main volatiles are water, fast drying speed, small smell, non-toxic and environmental protection, and can be constructed in winter. It will not form flash rust during construction and has good antirust performance. It has high safety performance and will not burn in case of open fire, which is helpful to improve the construction environment. It is suitable for steel surface of general steel structure, industrial facilities, equipment, etc.

Surface treatment: the steel shall be shot blasted or sandblasted to reach Swedish derusting SA2, or polished to Swedish derusting standard ST3 by hand and electric tools. The steel coated with shop primer shall be subject to secondary derusting, meeting the Swedish derusting standard ST3.
Matching coating: direct painting
matters needing attention:
1. The paint contains antirust pigment with large proportion, which is easy to precipitate. It should be thoroughly stirred before construction.
2. Use our company's water dispersive alkyd paint special water for viscosity adjustment, do not directly add tap water, the amount of which is not more than 25%, so that it can be sprayed normally, do not add too much, causing sagging.
3. The temperature of construction base material shall be higher than the dew point by more than 3 ℃, and the relative humidity shall be ≤ 85%.
