The lubricity fsp7043 has excellent wettability and color development, strong coloring power and good color development. After adding color, the paint film is bright and full, without defects such as flower color. Long term storage will not appear particle precipitation or flocculation, stratification and other phenomena, suitable for inks, varnishes and other additive systems.
In many applications and construction, low odor and low stimulation have higher requirements for the smell and stimulation of raw materials. Fsp7043 has low volatility, small odor and less skin irritation, which makes the construction personnel have a good construction environment and conform to the purpose of green environmental protection.
The flexible fsp7043 structure has a certain flexible chain segment, which has good flexibility. It folds 180 ° on the PC film for many times, and the paint film does not crack. When used in the formula, it can improve the flexibility of the paint film.
Part of the reason for the poor adhesion of curing speed may be related to the excessive shrinkage of the system. In this case, some resins or monomers with low function will be added to the system to reduce the shrinkage, but at the same time, the reaction activity of the whole system will be reduced. At present, the curing speed of resin with excellent adhesion in the market is generally slow, while fsp7043 has a good curing speed, which can promote the improvement of adhesion without sacrificing the reaction activity of the system.
