In 2007, he graduated from the Institute of chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After graduation, he joined the core R & D Department of Dow company, focusing on the development of new materials. In 2011, he joined Dow elastomer department and was responsible for global technology development of new solar photovoltaic products. In 2019, he served as the technical manager of sustainable development of Dow packaging and specialty plastics department, responsible for the technical development of sustainable development of plastic packaging in Asia Pacific region.
