01 environmental reasons
1.1 the construction environment temperature is too high, or the relative humidity is too high.
1.2 there is moisture in the air compressor and pipeline during the construction tools or spraying.
terms of settlement:
① Improve the construction environment, control the temperature and humidity in appropriate conditions. If the humidity exceeds 70%, it is better to avoid construction.
② The construction tools must be clean and free of moisture. The water in the oil-water separator shall be drained in time to ensure the drying of the spraying equipment.

Base material reason
2.1 the wood hole on the surface of the base material is deep, filling is difficult, and bubbles are produced during construction.
2.2 there are oil, dust and sweat on the surface of the substrate.
2.3 the moisture content of wood is too high.
terms of settlement:
① Before construction, the deep wood holes on the surface of the base material shall be fully filled.
② The surface of the substrate to be constructed shall be kept dry and clean.
③ Wood should be dried to a certain moisture content (generally between 8-15%).

Construction reasons
3.1 use paint with high viscosity.

① Adjust the viscosity of the coating properly.
② Pay attention to even force when brushing.
③ It should not be too thick, and the thickness of primary dry film should not exceed 30 μ M.

Coating reason
4.1 add excessive curing agent or misuse curing agent.
4.2 the diluent selection is unreasonable and the volatilization is too fast.
4.3 there are foam stabilizing substances in the coating, such as organosilicon modified additives.
terms of settlement:
① Mix the paint correctly according to the specified mixing proportion, and mix well.
② Use matching products or add appropriate slow drying solvent to adjust the evaporation rate.
③ No silicone or silicone modified additives are used in the formula.
④ Select resin with good solvent release.
