Hempel's acrylic paint is a kind of paint with the best color retention, physical drying and acrylic resin as the base material. Resistant to seawater, also resistant to splashes of aliphatic solvents and animal and vegetable oils.
Purpose:
It can be used as the top coat of container outer surface.

Construction conditions:
Before construction, the construction surface must be thoroughly clean and dry, and the temperature must be higher than the dew point to avoid condensation. Large amount of ventilation shall be provided during construction and drying in narrow space.
Paint first: Hempel's epoxy primer 1530c, Hempel's Acrylic thick paste paint 46410 or as required.
Additional painting: none or as required.
remarks:
Color: some red and yellow without lead may change color after exposure to chlorine atmosphere. The paint film formed by some pigments containing lead may change color when exposed to sulfur atmosphere.
Weather resistance / service temperature: to achieve full coverage, you may need to add one extra degree of this product, especially for some lead-free red, orange, yellow and green pigments.
This product is a thermoplastic product, so the temperature above 40 ℃ for a long time under mechanical pressure will cause the film to sag, once the temperature drops, the mechanical properties of the film can be restored.
Film thickness / dilution: the thickness can be adjusted according to the purpose and position of use, which will change the coating rate, drying time and recoating interval. The adjustment range is usually 30-50 microns.
Repeated maintenance work may cause the total paint film to be too thick and blister due to the "trapped" solvent. As solvent may remain in each coating, it is generally recommended that the coating should not be too thick.
Recoat interval: in case of multi-layer paint film construction, the actual paint film thickness and coating number will affect the recoat interval (refer to the corresponding paint spray sleeve). No large recoat interval. However, high pressure fresh water shall be used to clean the surface after exposure of the polluted environment and before recoating, leaving it to dry.
