"New infrastructure" focuses on science and technology end and strategic emerging fields, mainly including 5g infrastructure, industrial Internet, UHV, new energy vehicles and charging piles, big data center, artificial intelligence, etc.
In fact, no matter which field, it is essentially inseparable from the "blessing" of chemical industry. Because of this, new infrastructure has brought new opportunities to chemical raw materials, new materials, coatings and other industries.
According to incomplete statistics, up to now, the total investment announced by 31 provinces in China has exceeded 40 trillion yuan. High frequency and high-speed copper clad plate mainly uses PTFE resin as the main material: PTFE resin as the polymer material with the lowest dielectric constant found so far, shows excellent dielectric properties in the copper clad plate, and the dielectric loss under high frequency and high-speed conditions meets the requirements of 5g communication base station. At present, polytetrafluoroethylene is usually used as the main material in the industry to prepare high-frequency and high-speed copper clad plate, which can replace FR-4 copper clad plate in the PCB of 5g antenna.
According to the data of Zhiyan consulting, 5g single macro station consumes about 4 m2 of PCB area. If the average price per unit area of PTFE high-frequency and high-speed copper clad plate is 600 yuan / m2, the market scale of PTFE materials for 5g macro station is expected to reach 3-4 billion yuan under the assumption that the total amount of 5g macro station is 6 million sets.
In addition, PTFE material can also be used for the production of base station cable. The semi flexible coaxial cable uses PTFE as insulator, which shows excellent attenuation shielding performance with ultra-low dielectric loss. In the construction process of 5g base station, semi flexible coaxial cable will replace rolled coaxial cable in an all-round way, and semi flexible coaxial cable will be used for superimposed feeder. The demand for semi flexible coaxial cable will grow explosively with the construction of 5g base station, and the demand for PTFE material of insulation layer will also grow synchronously.
Fiber optic cable - fiber coating material
UV curable coating material for optical fiber and cable is a coating used to protect optical fiber from the influence of external environment and maintain its sufficient mechanical strength and optical performance. It is mainly composed of a soft buffer layer applied during fiber drawing and forming, a later layer of hard, tough, wear-resistant, chemical resistant protective layer combination and a multi-layer protective body composed of coloring coating Department.
The coating material of optical fiber and cable adopts UV curing technology, which further improves the quality of optical fiber and reduces the cost of optical network.
