Requirements for base course
The base course shall be solid, flat and clean, free of pores, sand and cracks, so as to ensure a good bond strength between the waterproof coating layer and the base course.
Cement mortar leveling layer
The design thickness of the cement mortar leveling layer is 20 mm, the spacing between the dividing joints is not more than 6 m, and the joint width is 5-20 mm.
Base treatment agent

Coating construction
Mandatory provisions: the waterproof coating shall be free of leakage or ponding.
For the same roof, the parts with concentrated drainage, such as the gutter, cornice, etc., shall be painted first, and then the large-area coating shall be carried out. Coating should be in accordance with the principle of "first high then low, first far then near";
If the waterproof coating is applied at one time, the coating layer is easy to crack, it is generally suitable to apply three or more times, and the coating shall be applied after the first coating is dry, and finally reach the specified thickness. There shall be no exposure, missing coating and accumulation. The film shall be uniform in thickness and flat in surface. After the waterproof layer of the film is completed and accepted, the protective layer shall be well done.
Construction acceptance specifications:
The waterproof coating shall be applied layer by layer according to the variety of waterproof coating, and shall not be applied in one time; the first coating shall be dried to form a film before the second coating; when the carcass reinforcement material is required to be laid, the roof slope shall be less than 15% and laid parallel to the roof ridge, and when the roof slope is more than 15%, it shall be laid perpendicular to the roof ridge; the lap width of the long side of carcass shall not be less than 50mm, and the lap width of the short side shall not be less than 50 mm 70mm; when two layers of carcass reinforcement materials are used, the upper and lower layers shall not be laid vertically to each other, the lap joints shall be staggered, and the spacing shall not be less than 1 / 3 of the width.
