Surface treatment: ① steel with oxide skin, sandblasting to Sa2.5. ② Non oxide steel: sand blasting to Sa2.5 or grinding to ST3 with elastic grinding wheel. ③ The steel with shop primer shall be polished to ST3 level for paint grinding damage and secondary rust at the corrosion place. ④ The concrete must be completely dry, sand blasting shall be carried out to remove the dust and dirt on the concrete surface, and an epoxy sealing primer shall be applied.

matters needing attention:
1. The coating construction temperature shall be between 0-35 ℃. Pay attention to the weather change during construction. It is not allowed to construct in rainy, foggy, snowy days, relative humidity ≥ 85% and direct sunlight in summer. The construction base material must be dry, otherwise it will bubble.
2. The company shall exempt the solvent for viscosity adjustment, and it is strictly prohibited to add other companies or miscellaneous diluents on the market, otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any problems.
3. During construction in high temperature season, dry spraying is easy to occur. In order to prevent dry spraying, diluent shall be added to adjust until no dry spraying.
4. After the coating is used, the cover of the packaging barrel must be tightly sealed and air leakage is not allowed, otherwise it will become invalid and deteriorated. Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapor and dense fog, and strengthen ventilation and exhaust in the construction site.

Construction precautions:
1. Due to China's vast territory and great climate differences, the product may be skinned, stratified and thickened after long-distance transportation. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the product quality. Please carry out the correct construction according to the construction instructions.
2. In case of skinning during construction, please use the screen to filter and then use it normally.
3. Please use our company's supporting diluent when using diluent to adjust viscosity according to construction conditions. Our company will not be responsible for any problems caused by using non company's supporting diluent.
4. The paint can be applied by brush, roll or spray.
5. Before construction, the oil, impurities, dust and rust of the base material shall be removed. The surface to be coated shall be clean, flat and free of oil, dust, wax, etc.
6. It is not suitable to construct when the relative humidity is more than 85%. It is strictly prohibited to construct in rainy, snowy and foggy weather. After construction, the paint film shall be well protected before drying, and it is strictly prohibited to contact with rainwater and collision.
7. Each spraying should be 20-25 μ m, and the second spraying can only be done after the first spraying is completely dry. It can be dried naturally or at low temperature (the maximum temperature is no more than 60 °)
8. If the old paint film or paint film is too smooth during air spraying, the construction can only be carried out after it is polished evenly with fine sandpaper.
9. If the paint is not used up, a small amount of thinner can be covered on its surface to prevent skinning.
