Since 2018, according to the different basic conditions of the devices on the production site and the different cleaning difficulties, the resin plant has carried out the differentiated management by grades, and set the cleaning standards and reward standards for each grade area. The implementation of this management measure has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the production personnel, and the field management has achieved remarkable results.
In 2018-2019, with the implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction and environmental protection projects, the resin plant has successively built and put into operation such small devices as PSA, displacement gas recovery, secondary sodium compounding, etc. The newly-built small unit has advanced equipment and facilities, high degree of automation, perfect infrastructure conditions, and management is classified into different grades, such as: the replacement gas recovery is in the third grade area, and the secondary sodium compounding is in the second grade area. In the process of on-site wiring of the general Party branch, it is found that if these devices are placed in the original grade, they do not reflect the advantages and management requirements of on-site management of small devices. Therefore, combined with the "keep improving and implement again" activity launched by the factory level in 2020, this kind of device is refined from the original level, and "star small device" is set for management and reward. At the beginning of March, the plan was drafted and discussed. On March 28, the site management selection plan of "star small device" in resin factory in 2020 was issued, which put forward further requirements for the ground, glass, doors and windows, equipment, pipelines and other contents of small device. After the early publicity and implementation, the enthusiasm of employees can be mobilized.
There is no formula for management. Only by constantly "seeking change" in practice can we mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties. "Keep improving" never stops.
