On March 10, Daqing Petrochemical plastics plant shut down the low-pressure device for maintenance, creating a new record of 506 days of continuous and stable operation, and at the same time refreshing the long-term operation record of similar devices nationwide. HDPE5000S and ql505p produced by the device are hot-selling products with stable and good benefits, but the market is not smooth due to the impact of the epidemic. In the first quarter, more than 9300 tons of ql505p chlorinated polyethylene resin products were delivered from the factory, which effectively eased the inventory pressure and ensured the stable production of the unit.
In order to reduce the cost of raw and auxiliary materials, the technical personnel of the plastic factory constantly optimize the process, while ensuring the quality and quantity of products, constantly improve the process indicators against the industrial products, summarize and explore the technical experience of domestic catalyst use, and reduce catalyst consumption by 83000 yuan in the first quarter by carefully adjusting catalyst ratio and improving catalyst activity.
In the process of packaging products, the factory reduces the quality of each woven bag by about 4G on the basis of optimizing the raw material formula, testing the drawing index and ensuring the properties of drawing toughness and strength. According to the annual production of 46 million pieces, it can save more than 180 tons of materials annually. In the first quarter of this year, the material consumption of woven bags will increase by 190000 yuan.
In addition, in view of the fact that the outer packaging of products has gradually changed from woven bags to heavy film packaging, in the production of heavy film packaging bags, the plastic factory, from the initial purchase of imported raw materials to the trial use of domestic materials, to the current use of self-produced polyethylene materials, has greatly reduced the cost and increased the potential of 540000 yuan in the first quarter.
