In the production of lf110 type PVC polymerizer in resin plant, there is a need for cooling medium to continuously heat the chemical reaction in the reactor, so as to realize the continuous reaction to produce PVC resin products. Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency of equipment affects the capacity of the system. Over the years, in the high temperature season from June to September, the temperature of circulating water is about 10-15 ℃ higher than usual, and the production of resin products is reduced by 50-80 tons / day. In order to solve this problem, the resin plant has set up a research group led by the plant director, and put forward the scheme of introducing 7 degree water into the condenser on the top of polymerizer.
The heat transfer system of polymerizer consists of three parts: jacket, internal cooling baffle and condenser on the top of polymerizer. The total amount of cooling water circulation of jacket and internal cooling baffle is about 5000m3 / h, and that of condenser on the top of polymerizer is about 1000m3 / h. After the improvement of LiBr 7 ℃ water system in 2019, 7 Through the research and calculation of the team members, it is found that the introduction of 7 degree water return to the condenser on the top of the polymerizer can meet the circulation volume of the condenser on the top of the polymerizer, so as to improve the heat exchange and efficiency of the kettle, and the return water temperature after heat exchange does not affect the normal operation of the lithium bromide unit. After the scheme is reviewed and proved to be feasible, the research team will immediately organize the implementation. On March 10, the construction unit will organize the construction unit to process and prefabricate the pipe fittings and the construction and production foundation of the civil engineering unit. On March 15, the pipe fittings will be installed and connected. At present, the overall piping work of the project has been completed and the cold insulation layer is being installed. It is expected to be put into trial operation in mid April.
This technical transformation can realize the mutual switching of heat transfer medium of the top condenser of the kettle. In line with the company's idea of "too tight days", the measures of using 7 ° water in high temperature season and circulating water in non high temperature season are taken to effectively solve the problem of restricting resin production capacity improvement in high temperature weather. At the same time, the cooling water energy is reasonably used according to the temperature change, striving for more benefits for the company.
