Daxing District has more than 10 million square meters of warm service provided by Beijing Beiran Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and actively explores various new energy-saving and environmental protection technologies and new means. Through two years of exploration and attempt, the sweep frequency magnetoelectric descaling device uses physical water treatment technology to replace the operation mode of traditional chemical softened water technology and achieves good emission reduction effect.
The technology is simple to install, with very low energy consumption, which can greatly reduce the space in the station. In 2018, Beijing Beiran Thermal Power Co., Ltd. installed and transformed 13 heat exchange stations for testing. The heating system directly uses tap water, and through the acceptance test after the heating season stops, it completely achieves the purpose of replacing the water softener. The problems of environmental protection, such as excessive chlorine emission from backwash water, treatment of resin hazardous waste, etc., have been solved thoroughly. The zero emission of heat exchange station has been realized, and the problems of salt space and salt liquid corrosion in the station have been solved. It is estimated that the capital consumption of backwashing water and salt will be saved about 300000 yuan. In 2019, Beijing Beiran Thermal Power Co., Ltd. transformed all 55 heat exchange stations, and adopted the Internet of things monitoring system to provide geographic information, management information, temperature data, real-time location monitoring, to ensure the safe operation of the system and improve the efficiency of safety management.
In the heating season of 2019-2020, about 14000 tons of waste water will be reduced, 350 tons of industrial salt consumption will be reduced, and 17 tons of hazardous resin waste will be reduced, fully meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
