At 17:30 on April 4, the 1 million T / a suspension bed residue hydrogenation unit hydrogenation reactor of Daqing Longyou 550 project contracted by the ninth branch of China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. was successfully hoisted once.
The project is located in Linyuan chemical industry park, Datong District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the "green manufacturing system integration project" of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China and the key petrochemical industry project of the 13th five year plan of Heilongjiang Province. The implementation of the project will vigorously promote the joint development of chemical industry, rubber, mechanical processing, steel and medicine and other industries in Daqing and Northeast China, and create 5000 employment opportunities. Liuhua construction is responsible for all installation works of the device.
The suspended bed hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment of the project, and it is also the heaviest single lifting equipment of the project, with a weight of 1078 tons, a height of 47 meters and a height of 11 meters. The operation area is severely limited. In order to fight this hard battle, the preparation period of Liuhua construction lasted for one year. Last year, we implemented high-quality crane resources, made hoisting covers and hoisting connection locks, and this year, we organized experts to demonstrate the hoisting scheme in many ways. When hoisting, 1600 t crawler crane is selected as the main crane, 1000 t crawler crane as the auxiliary crane, the lifting eye of the equipment adopts the top lifting cover, and the main lifting lock adopts the connecting pulling plate and the pin shaft, so as to realize one-time hoisting in place.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the ninth branch of Liuhua Construction Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and the resumption of production. On February 16, two main management personnel were dispatched to the construction site to handle the resumption procedures, refine the overall resumption plan of the project and purchase epidemic prevention supplies. In the first ten days of March, the prefabricated plant was rebuilt, 11 temporary isolated plank houses were built, and strictly killed to solve the problem of dining and renting for employees and workers Worries behind the house. Liuhua construction Zhangzhou Qimei ABS Project
8 sets of equipment successfully hoisted
On April 5, eight AS-1 units in Zhangzhou Qimei project of the Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. of China chemical engineering were successfully hoisted.
The project is located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total area of 623 Mu and a total investment of 2.64 billion yuan. It is the second production base established by Chimei in mainland China. After the completion of the project, the annual output of 450000 tons of ABS and as plastic products will be delivered to the manufacturing industry and chemical industry, such as machinery, electrical industry, textile industry, etc., and the expected annual output value will not be less than 4.8 billion yuan. The six chemical construction contents include steel structure, equipment pipeline, electrical instrument, anti-corrosion and heat preservation.
This hoisting is the first hoisting of the project after the outbreak of the epidemic. The eight hoisting equipment are four emergency discharge tanks and four mixed liquid storage tanks. The emergency discharge tank is 5.5m long, 2.8m in diameter and 6.1t in weight. The mixed liquid storage tank is 6.2m long, 1.7m in diameter and 3.2T in weight, all of which are hoisted by 50t cross-country crane. Affected by the recent rainy weather, the ground of the construction site is wet and muddy, which adds difficulties and pressure to the hoisting work. The fifth branch of Liuhua Construction Co., Ltd. made the mobilization plan of personnel, materials, machines and tools in advance, formulated the hoisting scheme scientifically, completed the hoisting operation of the equipment safely and efficiently, and laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction. Liuhua Jianshui resin phase II project
Main unit steel structure erection completed
On April 3, the steel structure erection of the main unit of Wanhua chemical (Guangdong) water based resin phase II project participated by the first installation company affiliated to China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. was completed.
The project is located in Gaolan Port national economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of 37.104 million yuan. The second phase project is the expansion of the first phase project. After being put into production, it will produce 100000 tons of green environmental protection water-based resin annually, which is widely used in the production fields of coatings, adhesives, etc. Liuhua construction has undertaken the civil engineering and installation works of the whole project.
The steel structure erected this time has a span of 30 meters from north to south, 90 meters from east to west, and a weight of 2200 tons. The top floor is 21.5 meters high, with four floors in total. The main crane of 350 tons truck crane and the tail of 50 tons truck crane are used for hoisting. Due to the outbreak, the project started nearly a month later than originally planned. In order to speed up the construction progress, Liuhua construction optimized the construction scheme one week before the arrival of the steel structure, tested the safety performance of the tools and machines, equipped with beam carriers, completed the safety education and training of the operators and safety technical disclosure, etc.; after the arrival of the steel structure, measured the quality of the goods with the owner, the supervisor and the civil construction party, and inspected the civil construction foundation to meet the standards; the steel structure was prefabricated in a batch and tested in a batch The lifeline and cable wind rope shall be installed to ensure the safety, quality and speed of construction.
As of April 7, Liuhua Construction Co., Ltd. has completed 1856 tons of steel structure splicing, steel grid laying, stair frame erection, 31000 dyne welding pipes, 240 sets of equipment installation, and 62% of the total construction tasks, laying a solid foundation for the realization of the project's production target this year.
