Shanghai chlor alkali company's 2020 annual overhaul started from April 3 when the resin plant was shut down for overhaul. This is the first overhaul after the combination of special resin and public works. Therefore, it has put forward a great test on the organization ability and coordination ability of the plant. The "four good" objectives proposed by the company, i.e. well prepared, well shut down, well repaired and well opened, have been implemented in the plant.
At 9:00 a.m. on April 3, the special resin and public works successfully completed the exhaust replacement task. Under the coordination of the Ministry of safety and environmental protection, the three parties jointly confirmed the flange of the main inlet and outlet pipe of vinyl chloride, creating good conditions for the next hot work. With the signing of all departments, the resin plant stopped smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent maintenance.
The overhaul has a long time, many projects, high requirements, large construction difficulties and a wide range, which is not a small challenge for the whole plant staff. Therefore, the technicians have made a detailed plan for parking exhaust, maintenance and start-up, and made a detailed plan for personnel arrangement, operation points, process progress, etc. In particular, the construction scheme of the project, the unit joint production management department, the safety and environmental protection department and the maintenance unit, have held many meetings to discuss every step of the construction process in detail, so as to ensure that there is no accident in the safety maintenance.
There are four key projects of the company in the overhaul of resin plant, namely the replacement of gas tank bell cover, the scrapping and replacement of 1 and 2 kettles, the addition of 6 kettles and special resin pneumatic conveying project. In order to ensure the maintenance progress of the device, the detailed maintenance work of the device is fully considered in the "ready" stage, and precious time is gained for the construction progress.
