On March 26, the second phase of libon new materials (Jinan) Co., Ltd., a 150000 ton / a real stone texture coating project, was started. The construction of the second phase of Jinan project marks the climax of the new round of factory layout in 2020.
Libon new materials (Jinan) Co., Ltd. opened on April 26, 2019. Jinan base has introduced and adopted advanced production technology from abroad and advanced fully automatic production equipment from home.
The whole production process is carried out in a closed state, and the new production process plays a leading role in the industry:
All raw materials are transported by the gas transmission system, and the whole production process is carried out in the form of gravity free falling, which is energy-saving and environmental protection; the unique integrated container dust remover, intelligent control pulse cleaning and environmental protection emission; the frequency conversion feeding technology makes the measurement accuracy higher, superior to the line standard; the packaging line adopts the full-automatic unmanned packaging line, dual computer synchronous production management control system , fault warning patent, cloud data can be checked to realize intelligent production.
Xing ronghua, senior vice president of production supply chain of libon China construction coatings business group, said at the opening ceremony last year:
"Through the implementation of 4.0 intelligent manufacturing project of dry mortar industry, Libang new material (Jinan) Co., Ltd. will be built into an intelligent manufacturing modern chemical plant representing the first-line level of dry mortar manufacturing.".

In 2019, the project will be further extended to all dry mortar manufacturing plants in Nippon China, which will enable all dry mortar production in Nippon China to realize intelligent production.
