2、 Manufacturing process
In the manufacturing process of high-pressure laminate, various impregnated papers are laminated according to their functions and order to form a laminated slab. Under the high temperature and high pressure of the hot press, the resin is polycondensated, the paper and resin are combined into one, and finally the laminated decorative board with excellent performance is solidified.
The combination layers of impregnated paper are determined according to the product thickness, and are combined in a certain way according to the product performance requirements. For example, a 0.8mm-thick single-sided laminate is generally composed of a surface paper, a decorative paper, five pieces of 120g / m2 kraft paper and a demoulding layer; a 1.2mm-thick double-sided laminate is composed of two symmetrical sides, i.e. one surface paper, one decorative paper on both sides, and eight pieces of bottom paper made of 120g / m2 kraft paper in the middle.

When the color of the decorative paper in the laminate blank is very light or the covering property is poor, a layer of covering paper shall be added under the decorative paper, and the color shall be the same as that of the decorative paper, so as to prevent the leakage of the adhesive liquid of the underlying paper and keep the beautiful and true color of the board surface. After adding covering paper, a layer of underlying paper needs to be reduced to keep the thickness of the laminate unchanged.
In a word, when all kinds of impregnated papers are combined into paper blanks, they should be laminated in order according to the performance requirements of the laminate to prevent the inversion of the layers, the missing of the film layer or the occurrence of folding and inclusions. The working environment of paper blank combination shall be clean and pollution-free.
