4. Contents of bidding documents
4.1. Please brief the basic information of your company and provide written information.
4.1.1 company business license, production license, special industry qualification certificate, bank account opening certificate, certification certificate, credit rating, etc.
4.1.2. Provide copies of product implementation standards, inspection reports and product harmful substance content test reports.

4.2 on the basis of these general principles, the bidder shall make a detailed overall response to the requirements in the annex (see our company's attached table), and ensure that there is spot supply during the execution period of the project.
4.3 the tenderer shall not make any changes to the contents of the tender schedule issued by the tenderee.
4.4. After sales service commitment of raw materials.
4.5 the bidder shall complete the relevant bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of the appendix to the letter of bid.
5. Principles of bid evaluation
5.1 the bid inviter promises that the bid evaluation shall be carried out by the bid evaluation committee organized by the bid inviter, and the bid evaluation shall be carried out strictly according to the principle of "openness, fairness, impartiality, scientificity and selection of the best", so as to fully guarantee the legitimate interests of all bidders.
5.2 in the bid evaluation, based on the principle of combination of standardization and flexibility, the bidder's bidding scheme, the quality of bidding products, service commitment, the company's technical strength, social response and other factors shall be comprehensively considered.
5.3 after the bid evaluation committee completes the bid evaluation, the bid inviter shall send a notice to the bid winner within 7 working days, and formally notify each bidder of the bid winning result.
6. Other instructions
6.1 the bidder shall abide by the contract, keep promise and have experience in cooperation with large enterprises.
6.2. The bidder is requested to carefully review all requirements in the bidding document and carefully fill in the bidding price and commitment. If the tender document prepared by the tenderer fails to respond to and meet the requirements of the bidding document, the tenderer shall bear the responsibility, and its tender document will be rejected by the tenderee or deemed as invalid tender.
6.3. Each bidder shall carefully read and fill in this bid and the appendix (table), which contains most of the terms to be written into the contract. Once the bidder formally bids, it shall be deemed that it has made relevant commitments with legal effect to the bid inviter, unless the force majeure factors cannot be changed at will.
6.4 the bid inviter will stop the supply qualification of all products for one year for the manufacturers and merchants who bid maliciously and fail to guarantee the supply according to the contract requirements after winning the bid.
6.5 the price of the contract to be signed for winning the bid shall not be changed within one month. After one month, the price may be changed by sending a half month's notice in advance.
6.6 no matter what the bidding result is, the bidder's bidding documents will not be returned and no explanation will be given to the unsuccessful bidder. All expenses incurred by the bidder in the bidding process, regardless of the bidding result, shall be borne by the bidder.
