In order to solve this technical problem, we can start from the related materials or properties of composite materials, one is the material itself, the other is to add conductive materials to increase the conductivity of FRP.
From the material itself, the main material of FRP is that the base resin and fiber reinforced material can improve or meet this requirement, or conductive resin can be used, or conductive fiber material can be used. At present, due to the comprehensive requirements of industrial application performance and economy, it is difficult to make a perfect combination of conductivity and industrialization on the resin, especially as the most widely used FRP parts in industrial corrosion prevention, the cost is an insurmountable barrier; in addition, the conductive fiber, such as carbon fiber, is used as the reinforcement material as the anti-static solution, However, due to the high cost of carbon fiber, the cost is relatively high.
Another way of thinking is to add a certain amount of conductive additives, such as graphite powder or carbon powder, into the molding process, but a certain amount of additives must be added to have an effect, and the processability and mechanical properties of the material, anti-corrosion performance have a great impact, especially in the long-term contact with liquid media, the anti-static performance will decline, and will gradually precipitate, thus Influence on corrosion resistance or chemical medium.
In recent years, the important component of the honeycomb conductive wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP), which is widely used in environmental protection, is the conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic anode tube. Technically, the overall component is required to have good mechanical properties, as well as excellent corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and even conductivity. In general, it is realized by adding conductive agent (graphite powder or carbon black, etc.) to the chemical flame-retardant vinyl ester resin and compounding carbon fiber felt on the surface. As a result, the precipitation of powder causes pollution to the oil products and reduces the corrosion resistance of the lining. After curing, its surface resistivity fully meets the requirements of the electrostatic safety code for liquid petroleum products (gb13348-2009), and it has good adhesion with FRP of each layer, long-term corrosion resistance and electrostatic conductivity. We have retested the surface properties of oil tanks in a large number of applications for more than 4 years, and no failure of electrostatic conductivity and corrosion resistance has been detected.
