Whale sea high flash point safety special silver powder coating is composed of special resin, high flash point solvent, floating aluminum silver paste and auxiliary developed by champion group, with mild smell and fast drying speed; it adopts unique scaly aluminum powder, and the paint film is white as snow; the paint film has excellent sun resistance and heat resistance, and can reflect part of the heat, and has excellent effect on the surface of the coating Certain cooling effect. Widely used for general coating, especially for oil tank, storage tank, pipeline and other petrochemical equipment surface protection coating and decoration. The flash point of the product is more than 60 (closed), which conforms to the requirements of non hazardous chemicals identification in the regulations on the safety management of hazardous chemicals. It belongs to non hazardous chemicals identified by the authority, which solves the storage and transportation problems of alkyd coating all the time. It can be stored and transported according to the general chemicals.
Composition: it is composed of special resin for environmental protection silver powder paint, floating aluminum silver paste, high flash point environmental protection solvent and auxiliary developed by champion group.

Matching coating: after alkyd varnish.
Note 1. Due to the use of aluminum powder, the paint may have precipitation, please thoroughly mix before construction.
2. Before construction, add our company's special environmental protection diluent, adjust it to a proper viscosity, and do not add too much diluent to prevent sagging.
3. After the paint is dry, there will be the phenomenon of "de dusting". Because the aluminum powder is arranged on the surface of the paint film, there will be so-called "de dusting" phenomenon when touching with hands, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the performance of the paint. If you want to solve this problem, please brush an alkyd varnish on the surface.
4. In hot summer, aluminum powder will react with resin to produce hydrogen, forming a phenomenon of "hearing up". If there is such a phenomenon, please pull out the cover opening of the mother and child cover, poke a vent opening with a sharp metal needle, and release hydrogen to recover.
