Study on antiskid and wear resistant coating for marine engineering composite materials
Abstract: a kind of anti-skid and wear-resistant coating for composite materials was prepared by using bisphenol-A epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent as the main base materials and carborundum and modified alumina as the anti-skid and wear-resistant aggregate. The effects of curing agent, alumina content and emery particle size on the wear resistance of the coating were investigated by orthogonal test. The influence of emery particle size and different particle size ratio on the anti-skid performance of the coating was investigated by control variable method. The weathering performance of the coating was evaluated by ultraviolet aging test and salt spray test. The results show that when epoxy resin / polyamide curing agent is used as resin matrix and carborundum and alumina are used as anti-skid and wear-resistant aggregate, the coating has good wear resistance and the friction coefficient can reach 0.93. In addition, the coating has good weather resistance, which can meet the use requirements in the marine atmosphere environment.

Study on compatibility of anticorrosive coating and sealant
Abstract: the integrated fuel tank is widely used in various types of aircraft due to its characteristics of large fuel load and light weight. Special sealing and anti-corrosion coating system is required on its inner surface to ensure that the integrated fuel tank has high "three proofing" capability and sealing performance, and improve the reliability and long life of the integrated fuel tank. In this paper, the compatibility of 454-4-1 anti-corrosion coating with domestic fuel oil and hm113b-4, hm116c-8 sealant is studied according to the test design of the matching performance of the whole fuel tank material. The test results show that 454-4-1 coating has good water resistance, salt water resistance, fuel oil resistance and No.15 aviation hydraulic oil resistance. 454-4-1 coating has good adhesion with hm116c-8 and hm113b-4 sealant surfaces. Anodized aluminum alloy + 454-4-1 coating + njd-3 primer + hm116c-8 / hm113b-4 sealant constitute the whole oil tank sealing system. The compatibility between the materials is good, which can meet the requirements of adhesion between layers of the coating system.

Analysis of LNG terminal corrosion
Abstract: most LNG terminals in China are located in coastal areas, which are in high humidity and salt fog environment for a long time. According to iso12944 atmospheric corrosion environment classification, they belong to C4 or c5-m level. With the prolongation of LNG terminal's service life, its corrosion problem becomes more and more serious. This paper introduces the process, material, operation medium and original anticorrosion measures of LNG terminal. On this basis, it analyzes the common corrosion problems of LNG terminal, and analyzes the causes, so as to provide reference for anticorrosion design, operation and maintenance of new LNG terminal.
